Shipping times & costs

We offer free and paid worldwide shipping and returns through multiple couriers selected at checkout.

* For in stock items, please expect additional 1-3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.

* For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page.

 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

 Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 30th April, 1st May, 2nd Sept.

 Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Arrisco cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Arrisco.

 We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

 

Taxes and duties

Shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside of Vietnam. These expenses are not the responsibility of Arrisco and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Refused delivery

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

 

Cancellation and Return Policy

All purchases are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds are applicable only for defective/ incorrect items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at contact@shoparrisco.com within 3 days to address the issue. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction within the bounds of this policy.
